  Illinois River near Havana affecting Mason, Fulton and Cass
  Counties.

moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Sunday was 16.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.7 feet Sunday,
    May 26.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
